Cocktail Guide

Our Cocktail Guide is just that - a guide.  If you're favourite cocktail is a "dry gin martini, hold the olives and kick it with a steel-toe pair of boots on the side" ( let's face it, whose isn't?) or if your ultimate tipple isn't on our Cocktail Guide, then do not hesitate to ask us. Our resident artist of all things cocktail, Lukas Nightingale, will be more than happy to prepare it for you. 

Our list ensembles a variety of classics, some contemporary blends and assorted non-alcoholic cocktails. Our Lounge Bar is open during service for those who wish to just come in to soak up a delicious drink as well as the stunning panoramas from the city to the sea.
