C offers modern Australian cuisine, which – to the chefs at C – means skimming the best dishes off the top of the global melting pot, and adding a quintessential West Australian touch: top quality fresh produce and creative flavour combinations.
Our blend of classic, olde worlde dishes with innovative, modern style has established a well-rounded menu that appeals to a wide variety of palates. Many of our dishes remain on the menu due to popular demand, such as our homemade potato and spinach gnocchi with a Napolitano and gorgonzola sauce. However, our chefs are constantly exploring new culinary avenues and the menu is also updated as our West Australian seasons change.
