C Lounge Bar  

The C Lounge Bar is open during service for those who wish to just come in to soak up a delicious drink as well as the stunning panoramas from the city to the sea. The Lounge is open daily from 11am until late for cocktails, a glass of champagne, coffee and other beverages.

Please note that during busy periods (such as Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons) our lounge may not be available.  Our lounge availability is subject to change so we do advise guests to call on the day so we can inform you if we are taking walk-ins.  We may not be able to take walk-ins if we are fully or privately booked. 

Cocktail Guide

Our Cocktail Guide is just that - a guide. If you're favourite cocktail is a "dry gin martini, hold the olives and kick it with a steel-toe pair of boots on the side" ( let's face it, whose isn't?) or if your ultimate tipple isn't on our Cocktail Guide, then do not hesitate to ask us. Our resident artist of all things cocktail, Lukas Nightingale, will be more than happy to prepare it for you.
