Polite Notice to Parents
Whilst we actively encourage parents to bring their children to enjoy a fine dining experience, a restaurant can be a dangerous place! There are hazards in our restaurant which include our ‘open’ kitchen, the revolving floor, and steps and stairways, all of which can be dangerous to a curious child.
For these reasons we ask that your children are under your direct supervision at all times. Please ensure they remain seated at your table and are accompanied when visiting the toilets.
Pre-Paid Reservation Policy
To reserve a table for a pre-paid event at C Restaurant, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. In the event of a cancellation for a pre-paid event, we require a minimum of ten (10) days notice to issue a full refund of the ticketed price. If your reservation is cancelled with nine (9) days or less notice, we must be able to resell the table in full to issue a full refund.
High Tea Cancellation Policy
For all high tea reservations, we do require credit card details at the time of booking as the restaurant does have an on-the-day cancellation policy. This policy states that if you are to cancel your reservation or drop in numbers on the day of your arrival, the restaurant may charge $20 per person as a food wastage fee. Any cancellations or adjustments to your reservation made before the day of your arrival do not incur this fee.

Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of announcement and can take up to 30 days to be delivered from date of claim. All prizes for complimentary meals at C are subject to availability & booking is essential. Users who post profanities, defamatory or liable comments will be expelled from our social media website and digital marketing platforms, and they will be no longer entitled to claim a prize even if they have been announced as the winner. If a prize winner has been disqualified, we will pick a new winner for the prize in question. Our competitions and prizes are awarded in good faith. Prizes not valid for special events (ie Melbourne Cup, Christmas day, NYE, etc…) unless otherwise stated.
Social Media Policy
Users who post profanities, defamatory or liable comments will have their comments deleted from our social media and digital marketing platforms, and the user in question may be banned from making any further posts to our social media pages or digital marketing platforms.

If you order your vouchers from the restaurant, you will receive verbal confirmation containing your order details (if requested, a receipt can be emailed to you or mailed along with your vouchers). We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within two working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
